Randall J. Trost

Mr. Randall J. Trost established the law office of Randall J. Trost, P.C. in 1982. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and received a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering in 1966 and a Masters of Science in Nuclear Engineering in 1967.

Mr. Trost was employed for the Babcock & Wilcox Company during the period of 1967 through 1982. His specific experience at that company included engineering design, nuclear fuel marketing for the Western United States, contract project management, and quality assurance.

Randy T. Trost

Attorney Randy T. Trost is a graduate of the University of Virginia, obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering in 1990 with a concentration in Business Management. Mr. Trost then received his J.D. from the Catholic University of America in 1999, after being employed by the Mobil Oil Corporation for the previous ten years.

Mr. Trost is licensed to practice law in Virginia in both state and federal court. His primary area of practice is devoted to helping those who are injured by the negligence of others that have serious personal injury cases. While his main offices are in Lynchburg and Daneville, he handles cases statewide and also works closely with other lawyers throughout the country to represent individuals injured by serious or catastrophic injuries, harmful pharmaceutical drugs or defective products.

 

Virginia V. Trost Thornton

Ms. Virginia Trost-Thornton is a graduate of Lynchburg College where she received her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry in 1993. She was employed for Rubatex Corporation from 1993 through 1995.

While at Rubatex, Ms. Trost-Thornton’s responsibilities included quality analysis of polymers. Ms. Thornton returned to law school and received her Juris Doctorate in 1999 from Regent University.

Cam Warren

Mr. Warren is a 2001 graduate of Presbyterian College in Clinton, SC, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree, and he received a Master of Arts from Clemson University in Clemson, SC in 2004. Mr. Warren graduated from Liberty University School of Law in 2011 with a Juris Doctorate degree and was admitted to practice law in Virginia in 2012.
